Look at the size of Dusty's steak - I'm pretty proud to say that he finished the whole thing!!! It was the most delicious steak - melt in your mouth good!!
Today, Sunday, we went to the desert and it was so good to get out again and hike around.
We also helped a guy get out of a snow bank where his truck was completely stuck. It was pretty funny!
I can't wait for spring!

Fun. We didn't end up going to Four Corners, but it was still fun. I'll post about it later. But Amen to Spring.

That sounds yummy. So how do you make a melt in your mouth steak? It always seems to come out tough and chewy for me. I think Rain is trying to hint to you guys to take her along with you on those hikes! She's sounding pretty jealous. :)

It's true I am jealous. I re-read my previous comment and U am seeing that it could have sounded catty--but I am just amazed at the energy you two have. On weekends, I'm lucky if I ever get out of my PJ's

we got some amazing steak seasoning at walmart in the seasoning aisle (go figure). you guys should try it. its just called steak seasoning and has a black label. its yummmmm
That does sounds yummy. These T Bone steaks didn't need anything though - they were like naturally salty - it was wierd. For all other steaks -we'll have to get some though :)
We have that exact same skillet thingy.
