Duck Time

Dusty and I were sick of being in the house yesterday so Dusty came up with an idea to feed the ducks at the nearby river. We went a little late in the day and I think most of them had nested for the night but we found these few and were able to feed them - even if they were a bit scared of us being there.

You two are so active...I don't think there was much Jeff and I did before babies than watch movies...and eat. Uh...I guess that really hasn't changed too much.

Big time props, by the way.

I'm with Rainey. I don't go outside much in the winter. I wish I did, I always feel better if I do - but I don't.

Dusty looks like he's winding up to nail the ducks not feed them. :)

I really like that picture. Have you read the bookclub book yet?

We really haven't done much this winter since Dusty has been snow removing a lot and doesn't want to hike. I go crazy when I can't go outside - that's why I want to move somewhere warm all year round!

if you go in springville, down by wendy's house, closer to the freeway there are tons of ducks at that pond, lots of carp too, they'll eat the bread.
Jerome and i used to take his handi-capped brothers to do that.

Why is handi-capped hyphenated?

I go feed those ducks all the time! I was surprised they were still there this time of year just the other day when I took the dogs on a walk there. They get pretty aggressive in the summer. c
