Christmas

This Christmas was definitely a white one with over 10 inches falling in one day!
As Dusty had been removing snow all day I thought it was my turn to shovel the drive. It nearly broke my back but after an hour and half I was done and it felt very satisfying!
We had Tim and James on Christmas Eve and they had the first of two Christmases! Lucky things!
James loved everything and wanted to play with it all immediately.

Tim's main present was a set of K'nex- he loved them and built a helicopter with Dusty and a plane all by himself! I was impressed - I don't even think I could do that!
We then went to the Grandparent's for a great meal and MORE presents!

We were all very spoiled! Tiffs gift to Dusty was really special - she hand made this bear and Dusty was so pleased!
On Christmas day Dusty and I spent the day together.
Most of the day was taken up with his new X box. I'm not a game fan but the Lego Indiana Jones got me hooked!

Dusty got me the most beautiful diamond necklace - he spoils me too much! He even let me keep the wrapping paper on the floor for over 4 hours, which I know drives him crazy but I love it!

Even Kitty was dressed up for the occasion!

We Stuffed ourselves with Turkey dinner, mince pies and zucchini bread - my stomach was very happy!
Merry Christmas!

Yeah! That looks so fun. I'm glad your day was great. And it's great that you got the boys on Christmas Eve. I thought you wouldn't get to give them presents for a couple days.

Two days of Christmas huh? It sounds like you guys had fun. The Bear Claw present was rad.

I love the bear! We didn't shovel our driveway because I had already done it twice that week and it just is way to long and takes way too long and the snow just would not stop! what a fun day you guys had!

You know what's great about our apartment? The one thing our landlord does do is shovel all the walkway. Our house may smell like poo, but we don't have to shovel!

But hey remember Sarah when you were pissing and moaning about what crap Dusty must have bought you at Mervyns? And how I knew the whole time that he got you something awesome? That was great.

Wow. The boys look like they were the recipients of a closing toy store. The fact that they got to do that at like, five houses, is pretty amazing. The same thing happens with my kids because of all the grandparents they have. What do you DO with all the stuff afterwards? That's what I want to know. Also, that picture of you is a really good one. You look great. I'd ask what you've been doing, but I know it involves diet and exercise...and I'm not that committed, unfortunately.
